- Search heart for any impurities
- Mentally Awake=strengthen your mind

- Expect to be a part of it=toughen up your mind=
- Participate
- Not emotionally

- Into Isolation=shut out the world=open to God
- Secret Place=Be alone with the Lord
- Avoid distractions=people, sounds, etc.

- Readable Bible=good print=make notes in it
- Devotional Journal=Expect God to give you something
- Prayer Journal=Reminder of prayer requests
- Note pad=What God wants you to do
- Prayer duty=God’s to do list

- Look up & Lift your hands to Him
